Trondheim Sinfonietta in collabaration with Ny Musikks composergroup (NMK) are producing a concert 12.02.03 on Blæst in Trondheim with 5 premiers of young composers. The consert is anchored in the american poet E. E. Cummings (1894-1962). As a scenographic contribution to the consert, Skagen is producing an electronic installation as a visual and interactive comment to Cummings’ work.

"Mountain Mirror"

The double, synchronized video projection "Mountain Mirror" shows a dramatic and beautiful landscape of sea and mountains through changing conditions of weather and light. A male figure appears, relating in different ways to the landscape. He is part of his surroundings, he is transparent, he is a stranger, he is reflected, he is charged by the landscape.

Ingvar Sjöberg will talk about The Interactive Institute and in particular about The Smart Studio. The Smart Studio try to find it's way into research from a contemporary art perspective.
Ingvar will give various examples from projects and the ideas behind them.
For example "Hell Hunt" a project where we search the web to find the devil, or "Brain Ball" a game where you become the winner by doing nothing.
